The Company
It was in 1991 when I made the decision to open my very own auto repair shop. At the time I was very excited about having my own business and yet I was pretty nervous too. Instead of working for someone else, I now had hundreds of autos to repair and I was the only one who could be held responsible for the outcome.
To tell you the honest truth, I actually had no idea what I was doing. I have never run a business before. What I did know was that I was a great mechanic and had fixed hundreds, perhaps thousands of vehicles in my career. What I did not really have was any experience running an auto repair shop or managing mechanics. This was really a new deal for me.
My dream happened when I created new type of auto repair shop, something different than anything around. I had a vision of an auto repair shop that always did the right thing, always gave you more than you asked for, and treated you like family. Every day I worked on that vision. When I think today of how far I have come I am overcome with gratitude to you, all my customers.
By bringing your vehicle to my new shop, you cast a vote in favor of my abilities and my service. You placed your vehicle in my hands, and I honored that trust. I am so very thankful for every client who ever made the choice to allow me to service and repair their vehicles.
I have made it my life’s mission to keep families safe, a goal that I only hope to improve upon as time goes on. By helping you to avoid any difficulty or trouble when it comes to caring for your car, we are doing our job the best way we know how, and at a price that will keep you coming back for more.
I take my hat off to you, my customers, for without you, Professional Auto Care, Inc. would not be the great company it is today. Each of you is a friend and special client, one of the family.
